Cookies may be used by our reservation service during the reservation process. House Policies: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Guests and their visitors bear the risk of any injury to themselves. We are not responsible for any damage to guests' personal property incurred during their stay. To respect our neighbors, please keep electronic sound equipment to the minimum after 10PM nightly. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside in designated area only. Visitors may not stay over due to our facility limitation. No pets are allowed in or on the property. Guests are responsible for property damage, theft or misplacement of household items including but not limited to linens, appliances, furnishings, artworks and electronics.
